§ 2-53. Injury and illness prevention program.

The injury and illness prevention program shall be developed by the county safety officer, reviewed by the county safety committee, and approved by the county executive officer. The injury and illness prevention program shall conform to all applicable federal, state and local laws regulating county working conditions.
