For those stores defined in both subsections I.1. and 2. of section 16B-1, this chapter shall become operative one hundred eighty days after the effective
date of the county ordinance adopting this chapter. For stores defined in any of the
subsections I.3. and 4. of section 16B-1, this chapter shall become operative one year after the effective date of the county
ordinance adopting this chapter.
