That certain housing code known and designated as the Uniform Housing Code, 1997 Edition,
published by the International Conference of Building Officials, 5360 Workman Mill
Road, Whittier, California 90601, is hereby adopted and enacted as amended as the
Primary Housing Code of the county and made a part of this Code by reference.
