Abandoned wells shall be properly destroyed under permit and inspection from the administrative
authority as provided in this chapter. Failure to destroy an abandoned well will constitute
a nuisance, as defined, and the administrative authority will take appropriate measures
to mitigate the nuisance.
(b)
Destruction of wells and borings shall consist of the complete filling of the well
in accordance with the procedures described in the Bulletins.
