§ 34A-10. Emergency.

In the event of an emergency, a person may construct, modify or destroy a well without the permit required by this chapter; provided that:
(a)

Such work is performed in conformance with the standards set forth herein;

(b)

The administrative authority is notified in writing of such emergency work by the following business day; and

(c)

An application for the required permit is made within three business days after initiation of such emergency work.
