§ 2-102. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to support the county's commitment to equal employment opportunity for qualified individuals with disabilities, and to ensure the county's compliance with local, state, and federal laws, by enacting and implementing a process for early identification, effective management, and proper resolution of disability-related employment issues.
