§ 28-131. Annual business purposes encroachment permit fee.

An annual business purposes encroachment permit shall require the payment of an annual fee. Such a fee shall be established by the board of supervisors by resolution, and may include a cost escalation factor. Such a fee shall be paid on an annual basis, prior to the issuance of an annual business purposes encroachment permit.
