No person shall bathe, wade, swim or immerse his or her body in the water of any of
the ponds or standing water within Waller Park.
(b)
No adult shall allow, permit or encourage any minor under that adult's supervision
or care to bathe, wade, swim or immerse such minor's body in the water of any of the
ponds or standing water within Waller Park.
