No person shall bring, carry, receive or cause to be brought into the Lake Cachuma
Recreation Area any fish, amphibian or aquatic plant species from any place for any
purpose or use except for baits listed in the California Sports Fishing Regulations
for this area under Bait Fish Provisions, without the express approval of the Department
of Fish and Game and the Director of Community Services.
