Community services department personnel are authorized to revoke any permit, certificate
or decal which has been unlawfully or erroneously issued; or if such employee has
reasonable grounds to believe that the person exercising it or the person to whom
it was issued has violated any provision of this chapter or of any applicable law,
rule or regulation, in which case the person may also be expelled from the recreation
area.
