No person shall solicit, sell, hawk, offer or provide in a commercial context, any
goods, wares, services, merchandise, liquids or food; or advertise or distribute any
written or printed material within any county recreation area except by concession
agreement or upon the specific authorization of the director of community services
or deputy. No person shall offer, conduct or deliver lessons, services or amusements
within any recreation area except by concession agreement or authorization of the
director of community services or deputy.
