§ 15A-14. Designation of the floodplain administrator and building official.

The floodplain administrator is hereby appointed to administer and implement this chapter. The floodplain administrator and the building official shall enter into a memo of understanding concerning the administration and enforcement of this chapter so as to ensure that the provisions of this chapter are implemented prior to issuance of a building permit by the building official.
