§ 15A-10. Interpretation.

Latest version.

In the interpretation and application of this chapter, all provisions shall be:
(a)

Considered as minimum requirements;

(b)

Liberally construed in favor of the Santa Barbara County flood control and water conservation district; and

(c)

Deemed neither to limit nor repeal any other powers granted under state statutes.
